OUR AIM:

• To offer a service to a broad spectrum of South African industry suitable for both large and small, high tech and conventional organizations, with a design consultancy and manufacturing facility covering the complete range of Polymers currently available to the South African market.

WE ARE CURRENTLY ACTIVE IN THE FOLLOWING FIELDS:

• Gravitational & rotational casting of Nylon 6

• Conventional Injection Moulding (including support services)

• Rotational moulding

• Blow moulding

• Extrusion

• Metal work
  

In addition Plastech has access to a full range of support services to cover, if required, associated materials, additional components or complete products.

Design is normally done in conjunction with clients either using their own or Plastech's draughting support.

A full prototype service is available, so that potential customers can test components, sub assemblies or finished designs before investing in the expense of tooling.
